Maricopa County now requires dust permits for all projects exceeding 1/10 of an acre. If You have a home that has gas lines or power lines that are or will be in the way of placement of a new home installation keep in mind that electric companies can take sometimes 2 weeks + to remove overhead lines and/or disconnects at J-Boxes. Whereas a gas company could take anywhere from 6-8 weeks for main line disconnects. This can and will place a strain on your project if these disconnects are not done in advance of new home delivery.
