What's  New....

Please have a safe and fun filled 4th of July 2009!

  • With the current state of the economy we have implemented an extremely aggressive pricing policy so utilizing Pro-Setters is more affordable than ever.  Please contact us for a quote today.

  • The DFBLS has made a determination that manufactured home "parks" are exempt from crowning & compaction.

  • We are extremely pleased and proud to announce a new addition to our office staff, her name is Julie Rundle and her resume holds nearly 6 years in the manufactured housing industry.  She previously held a position at Palm Harbor in the service department and later was promoted to sales within the Palm Harbor company.  She has decided to come to work with Pro-Setters and will without a doubt be an asset to our staff.  Julie will be aiding in new business development as well general office work and customer service needs.

  • Call us to get your manufactured home HUD/FHA compliant.  We can arrange the engineering and get your home compliant usually in as little as 1-2 weeks.  WE WILL HAVE THE LOWEST PRICES ON THIS PROCEDURE.

  • REVISED The Department of Fire, Building & Life Safety has instituted some new installation standards for the placement of HUD manufactured & Modular Homes.  The new requirements have gone into effect on 1/1/2009.  For information on these new requirements please contact our office or go to the DFBLS web site for a PDF Download of these items.
Click here for a quick link to this PDF at the DFBLS.

  • Maricopa County now requires dust permits for all projects exceeding 1/10 of an acre.  Although, even if the project disturbs less than 1/10 of an acre the full dust permit application and be submitted for an exemption.  For further information please contact our office.  Click here for contact information

Key Notices....

  • If You have a home that has gas lines or power lines that are or will be in the way of placement of a new home installation keep in mind that electric companies can take sometimes 2 weeks + to remove overhead lines and/or disconnects at J-Boxes.  Whereas a gas company could take anywhere from 6-8 weeks for main line disconnects.  This can and will place a strain on your project if these disconnects are not done in advance of new home delivery.
