For 15 years now, we have successfully provided products and services and our staff currently offers comprehensive experience consisting of 30 plus years in the construction industry including general construction and project coordination.

Currently, we manage projects consisting of general set-up of homes and buildings, electric, water, sewer and gas connections, exterior siding and excavation. We also offer interior tape and texture work, and interior and exterior painting along with door and trim work.

We offer full project coordination for sales professionals in manufactured and modular housing industry as well as working with the private individual. This service, as it pertains to the salesperson, allows for concentration on new business development, sales leads, and current customer obligations eliminating the need to perform construction management tasks which could include raw land development, septic systems installation, well installation and concrete work, etc.

Something that we currently offer and have been perusing and perfecting is our HUD/FHA compliance program for reverse mortgages, refinancing as well as new home installs where we can arrange the engineering inspections, the compliance work that may be required and afterwards obtaining the engineering certification letter.  Bottom line is a full block stem wall is not always necessary to obtain HUD/FHA compliance.
